Matty has been a part of the Inviktus Salon team since November 2017, joining shortly after graduating from cosmetology school. She was immediately drawn to Inviktus for its welcoming atmosphere, strong sense of teamwork, and commitment to continued education—and years later, she still loves being part of the salon family.
Matty’s passion lies in helping her guests feel their absolute best. Whether it’s through a soothing shampoo experience or a bold transformation, she’s all about boosting confidence and brightening someone’s day. She specializes in all things color—especially reds, coppers, vivid hues, and naturally lived-in blondes. When it comes to haircuts, Matty is skilled in a wide range of styles, from long flowing layers to edgy pixies.
Outside the salon, you’ll most likely find her curled up with a good book, spending quality time with friends and family, or dreaming up her next travel adventure.

Emily has been behind the chair at Inviktus Salon for the past eight years, specializing in blonding, extensions, and multidimensional color—three areas she’s truly passionate about. Her drive comes from helping people feel like the best version of themselves, both inside and out.
Her career has opened some incredible doors, including the opportunity to work backstage at New York Fashion Week 2025, with Paris Fashion Week 2025 up next—an absolute dream come true.
When she’s not in the salon, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking to recharge, and soaking up the sun out on the lake whenever she can.

Jacquilyn has been with Inviktus for 3 years. She shadowed throughout school and started full time as soon as she graduated. She loves all types of hair services but mostly curly and textured services.
In her free time she is a busy mom that is always doing arts and crafts with her kiddos and just spending time with her family. She enjoys watching the latest documentary about history and learning random knowledge. She loves making everyone who sits in her chair leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Ashlyn has been working at Inviktus for about two years now! Her favorite thing to do behind the chair is creating a lived-in dimensional look. She is extension certified and had the amazing privilege to do hair for New York Fashion Week in February. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her trying out a new craft!

Mack has been working at Inviktus for over two years, after a year of gaining experience at her local nursing home. Her passion for the industry lies in embracing and elevating people’s outer beauty to meet the inside.
Mack believes the best part of her job is hearing her clients say they, “Feel like themselves again” or “Have never felt more beautiful” She loves doing blonde and vivids, however her favorite services are big transformations.
When she is off the clock you can find her hiking local trails, antiquing, or curling up on the couch with a good book and warm tea.

Brittany has been part of the Inviktus Salon team for over a year and a half, bringing creativity, warmth, and a true passion for making people feel beautiful. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing the confidence and joy her clients radiate after each appointment.
She specializes in rich brunettes, lived-in color, and bold vivids—always striving to create looks that feel just as stunning as they are effortless. Outside the salon, Brittany enjoys relaxing with a good book, spending time with her family, and loving on her pups.

Rita has been a part of the Inviktus team for three years. She started right out of cosmetology school and knew from the beginning that this was her salon home. Her passion is people and making a difference. One of her favorite moments is when a client sits in her chair feeling like their hair is lifeless or ready for a big change after years without a cut—seeing their reaction when they look in the mirror is truly priceless. Blonding is her favorite service to offer. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Cassie is a graduate of the Academy of Hair Design, completing her training in September 2024. She has a passion for helping people feel confident in their hair and takes pride in recommending the right products to help clients achieve their dream look at home.
With experience working on all hair types, Cassie enjoys helping each client discover a style that suits their personality and lifestyle. Dedicated to her craft, she’s always refining her skills and staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Courtney is a Licensed Esthetician with a passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She specializes in full-body waxing, brow shaping, relaxation massage, and customized facials tailored to each client’s unique skincare needs.
Whether she’s enhancing natural beauty through perfectly sculpted brows or creating personalized skincare regimens to help clients reach their goals, Courtney is dedicated to delivering results with care and precision. Her ultimate goal is to create a welcoming, relaxing space where every client feels cared for and leaves feeling their absolute best.

Sandy is a licensed tattoo artist specializing in permanent makeup, located inside Inviktus Salon.
After spending 20 years in the dental field, Sandy felt called to pursue something more creative and personal. While dentistry remains a passion, she discovered a deep love for helping others feel confident in their own skin through permanent cosmetics. Her experience in dental care provided her with a steady hand and a sharp eye for symmetry—skills that now allow her to create soft, natural enhancements with precision.
Sandy grew up in the small town of Clever, MO, and married her high school sweetheart. Together, they’re raising two boys and embracing the wild, full life that comes with it. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her outside—hiking, biking, floating the rivers, hunting, or working on gardening and yard projects.
A vital part of Sandy’s journey is her sobriety. Quitting alcohol was a life-changing decision, one that she credits for helping her get to where she is today. She’s always open to connecting with others who may be struggling and brings that same honesty, compassion, and care into every aspect of her work.
